Internal and external corporate web solutions: CKB.
The CKB (Corporate Knowledge Base) is an internal web solution originally developed by ResearchPlus for Connect-IBS, a call centre. A database-driven website, it allows for the management and accessing of contacts, projects and resources and is primarily an administrative tool.
ResearchPlus also developed a web site for Connect-IBS. It is flat, flash-generated and high bandwidth. It is optimised for ISDN lines and cable modems.
